I created a 2.6 app (client has older equipment) that uses Word for mail merge purposes. It works fine on my machines any many others I have tested, but none of the client's machines. He has enough ram, but his office is running office95 professional. The other machines I have used all had office97.
The error I get is "run command failed" when my app tries to launch Word.
