As for UT cost -- If you need to buy one of the 3rd party products that advertise in the Partnership Program area of UT, pay for a PUTM first then buy. The discount itself will pay most or all of the PUTM fee for a year. Being a SysOp my PUTM is free, but before I became a SysOp, I gladly paid in order to get all the cool PUTM only features. Shortly before my PUTM was to expire and after I became a SysOp, I sent in my fee not knowing it was now free. Michel, of course, did not accept the payment. Just the same, I would gladly send in my $60 or so US for this.
