You're being much too kind with this guy. Have you seen some of his posts. Things that take most people who frequent this forum an afternoon to solve, take this guy weeks.

Not too mention your $20 /hr rate. If this guys supervisor has any intelligence at all, I don't think Chuck is worth much more than $12/hr.
