If there's no network, I suppose you may write your own spooler in Fox, but it wouldn't work without user intervention: if you're using DOS PRINT it will spool jobs for itself - so you won't have any progress indicator, no way to know when a print job is finished... If you print the queued files directly to the printer, you may manage the queue yourself from Fox, but then your app would have to wait until the printing is done, and I don't remember last time I saw that... 1991, I presume.

If you could at least run this from a DOS box in any version of Windows, you'd have a spooler at the OS level.
