I read the toolbar's Docked, Top, and Left properties at form Unload. In VFP 5.0, I could set MyToolbar.Top = -x and it would dock on top. This does not seem to work in VFP 6.0, I have to explicitly call the MyToolbar.Dock method.

Then, of course, you just wrap this stuff into your user preferences system.
