The nTop parameter is ignored when docking at the top. It doesn't work even if you change the order of creation of the toolbars?

>I retrieve the settings into variables called nDock,nTop and nLeft. I then say
>This.Dock(nDock,nLeft,nTop). The Dock and Left generally work, it's the Top that gives me problems. If the toolbar had been docked on the second row and the Top value is 32, when I try to put it back it insists on going to the first row, pushing the other toolbars out of the way. I've tried everything I could think of and it's not working! Even when I hide and show the toolbars without changing the positions, they jump from the second row to the third row on their own.
