No question about it, Vlad. We had a 5-year drought out here, and water was SEVERELY rationed. In fact, when we moved, our new house had been empty for a year and so our allowed water ration was 0 gal. per month. (Based on the previous 12-month average) Took me 3 months to win an appeal, and we REALLY needed new water by then.
