I think its safe to say that a descenet handful of people use a handful of FFC classes in their framework. I use the registry one (also good with INI's) and also use the Resize control. Its very slick. As far as your other question, I see questions about VFP6's framework on the UT often, but I haven't touched a wizard a builder since the VFP3 create form wizard made me puke.
