Are you sure it's the right version of FOXTOOLS.FLL for the version of VFP you're using? Or that IT's not just plain corrupted?

For VFP5 - FOXTOOLS.FLL 5.0.0.344 69,120 bytes 8/21/96 00:00 depends on MSVCRT40.DLL
For VFP6 - FOXTOOLS.FLL 6.0.8161.0 41,548 bytes 6/9/98 00:00 depends on MSVCRT.DLL
