Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. But I think the recommended configuration for a mixed 95/98 network is to make sure NONE of the 95 stations are set to be Browse Master, and leave that up to a 98 machine.

If that doesn't improve the situation, you really probably have a bad network component, more than likely a cable problem would my first suspect to check out.
