I have difficulties to picture how it works. How do you make the code in the vb program?

When a user log in, i guess you get all the functionnalities he has and puts them in an array or something like that and when he select a function in a menu or toolbar you have something thats checks if he has access???? am I right?? if not please explain it to me.

Does your method works if you have to disable a specific field in a form for a specific profile or user?
