Thanks for the reply! Your suggestion was on track. I eventually had to delete the utilities files and then when I applied the service pack 3, it put a good file on the machine. I had previously applied the update, so the install program wouldn't overwrite it. I appreciate the speed of your, Mike and George's replies.
