The new version (1.2) of the DriveInformation Class is in the download corner, "Classes - VCX" category.

It has 7 new methods:

IsWriteProtected()
GetNetConnection()
GetServerName()
GetRemotePath()
UnicodeFileNames()
CaseSensitiveFileNames()
CaseSensitiveFileNamesSearch()

It also has a new property: NetConnectionAsVolumeName. It can be used to set the behavior of GetVolumeName method on remote drives.
