Erik the problem seems to be the MDAC 2.1?0 that is installed with 2000. What I had to do is I installed the dbase driver and called it 'FoxPro Files' and changed the database type to dbase iv. This seems to work great for my needs right now until I have some time to do more research. There also is a MS article search for 'ODBC ISAM'. Hope this helps. Let me know if you come up with a better solution.
