Just where in CT are you located? We have a customer in Thompson (extreme NE corner) whose lights used to flicker everytime the phone rang. They had all sorts of problems with under voltage (103v out of the wall). Major problem until we finally convinced them that ALL computers on their system needed to have UPS's. UPS's still kick in about a dozen times a day...
