Yeah, it took alot of convincing to get them to hook one up. Once they did that, and the undervoltage became obvious, the UPS's were an easy sell for the customer. It's been a couple of years since I was at that customer's site, but they didn't even have TouchTone service available out there. Right over the border in MA, everything was state of the art. Even the little cabins near the lake with all the G's in it.
