I recently acquired both Stonefield and Visual Fox Express (v.6.0)
I installed SDT per the installation fact sheet in VFE. (Actually I installed SDT several weeks before I bought VFE) I encountered a problem a few days ago where I was unable to run security on the application. I think you were involved in the message on the F1 conference support. I was informed that SDT and VFE 6 were not handling things in the database just right (my paraphrase <g>). While I certainly appreciate the features and functionality the SDT bring to database management. I need security in my application far more. So I have been trying to delete SDT from VFE application. To no avail. I am still receiving the following error:

Message Alias Name is already in use

What I have done:
I had installed SDT in the startup program for VFP. Removed it.
removed all (at least I'm pretty sure all) the SDT files from the VFE Application directory.
removed the SDT classes from the VFE App.
checked the classes.dbf for any reference to SDT. Found none
Refreshed the application. (numerous times)
Reinstalled VFE.
(I do have a thread on the F1 conference which covers a lot of this. - Error SDT? I think is the thread name.)

Any idea what I should do? I really don't want to remove SDT from the hard disk because I am currently using it for other applications.
