It would be handy to be able to save changes users make to a grid control layout -- (how they've rearranged and resized columns, how they've set sort orders) next time they return to that grid control their changes will already be there.

In 2.6 you could use the foxuser resource file and a "brow preference". Is there any equivalent in the grid control or do I need to roll my own?
