You may REPORT ... PREVIEW IN WINDOW mywindow
and 'mywindow' is your defined form that might be centered.
Docking preview toolbar may be done, if you use REPORT ...PREVIEW NOWAIT and then simulate double-click on preview toolbar by MOUSE DBLCLICK AT ...
