Yup. You can do it with VFP. You need to put the runtime in the server folder plus all the the ocx's and dlls
For me this is.
VFP6R.DLL
VFP6renu.dll
vfp6t.dll
ole32.dll
vfpodbc.dll
oleaut32.dll
One warning though. This is considered non-standard, so if something breaks or you get strange errors you are on your own.
