Wow! I took a look at the MS web site that you directed me to and that explained everything. Thank you! The only problem is that it still doesn't seem to work. If I use attachment type 1, Word can't open the message. Word is the default message viwer if Office95 is installed. This is such a simple problem I just can't seem to get it to work!
