I have no idea of what Install-us Pro does as far as integrating the on-line help; it's not the same thing as InstallShield. InstallShield provides a Wizard for integrating the IE-based help components into an installation. My guess would be that the registry keys needed in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT for the .CHM files have not been created properly; you could confirm this by going into the Windows Explorer and checking for the registry key hierarchy HKEY_CLASSES\ROOT\.CHM (in my case, it points to a ProgID of chm.file, and the chm.file subkey has the family of entries shell\open is one of several neded) needed to auto-associate things.)
