I don't have a canned solution for you; you might try closing everything down, and from the command window, OPEN DATABASE whatever EXCLUSIVE VALIDATE may be able to tell you what problems it finds. VALIDATE DATABASE RECOVER may be of asistance, too.

I'd recommend running GENDBC against your database container; this will generate the VFP code to reconstruct it from scratch. If push comes to shove, go back to yesterday's version, run GENDBC against that, and se what differences exist; you may well be able to extract the code and reconstruct that way.
