Hi Evan - maybe someone should create a nice little web site with that title, and then say "Visual Basic is Dead" on page about 100 times, so when people do web search on 'Visual Basic' they come up with that at the top. Then put your list of reasons on the page < s >

But seriously, VB has lost favor at my agency for most of the reasons you mention, it is not used too much any longer by any professional developers. They still have end-user VB training, but that's about it now. It's not considered a viable tool for serious development any longer, as it has been for the past 5 years or so...
