Erik, the resizer class I use that loops through the controls (previous reply) has 4 comma delimited list of controls in it: Resize, MoveTopBottom, MoveLeftRight, and Move, which function the same way your properties work. Tim, if you read FoxTalk look at the FFC series a couple months back, because thats were I downloaded the very useful tool.
