Has anyone used barcoding on forms in VFP 6.0? I was curious as to how that would work since I am contemplating putting a barcode on my form. Each record would have its own barcode.

Would the barcode be stored in a General field and the ControlSource tied to an OLE object on the form? Since I guess the barcode itself would probably be considered a graphic?

And then would you display the font portion of the bar code in a text box below the graphic OLE object? Or is the text portion of the barcode part of the graphic too?

Never did this. Just curious how this might work on a form and get saved in a table.

I found dBest BarCode Windows Font Printing System on Hallogram Publishing web site, but I am not sure if I should purchase those Windows True Type barcodes fonts or not depending upon what happens in the VFP forms. I don't think there are any barcode fonts in VFP or Windows 95. Are there?
