I am sorry for not replying sooner. I have been moving my office, so I have been out of touch for a week.
I am not aware that defining a popup rowsource has any effect of scrollbars. They seem to work for me. You have three items because you defined but three items in the popup. Each item in the list has to be defined as a separate row in the popup.
