If you've installed RAS, you may be able to access networked resources throug hte RAS connection; this will depend entirely on the options you enable for the RAS service. If you permit the access, then you can reach servers made visiable to the RAS connection as long as the RAS connection supports the same protocols as the server requires; IOW, if you want to get to a NetWare server via the NetWare client, you'll need to enable RAS to pass IPX/SPX protocol packets...

PCAnywhere, CloseUp and many other packages provide similar functionality to remote login, as well as remote control functions. You may also want to explore thin client services like Citrix or WTS.
