Yes, I have it when I load the simplest possible html document from my local hard drive. All the other users in the department appear to have the same problem with Internet Explorer. One gal has Netscape installed as well as IE5 and she can view source in Netscape, but not in Internet Explorer. I have IE4 on my computer at home and have no problem.
