I use InstallShield Pro, and it offers considerably more control than Setup Wizard over shortcuts, both in content and location. If you don't want to make the investment of time and money in learning the scripting for Pro, InstallShield Express is a good value which can incorporate a VFP6 runtime install created by Setup Wizard and offers good control over appearance and standard installish things.
