I always click the box on the login screen. It only takes a moment to click on the yellow sticky icon once I'm sure I want to.

> That only works if you're sure you lost the last login. I've had problems where I've tried logging it and it looks like the UT has timed out so I'll cancel it. Then I'll come back later only to find out it actually logged me the first time and I'm now missing all the "new" messages.
