Yes, you should update the runtime DLL's on the workstation's. You can use the Setup Wizard to create a setup with the necessary runtime files. Run the wizard against a directory that contains only a zero byte text file. Check the runtime files option in the wizard. Once you have created the setup, install it on the workstations.
