I'm very sorry for having to post virtually the same question twice, but I do not believe that I fully explained what I was asking the first time around. I am trying to get a Visual FoxPro Program to run in a telnet session. I know that what I just stated is a complete contradiction because telnet can only display character-based applications, no GUI. I converted the VFP program into a character-based form to make what I'm doing appear possible. The problem that I run into now is that in a telnet session, only programs and text displayed within the CMD.exe shell appear to the user. VFP opens up in a window totally independent of the CMD.exe shell. So when a telnet client initiates the VFP program, he/she sees no part of the program whatsoever. So I need to find out if it is possible to run a VFP character-based app within the CMD.exe shell. I have a sinking feeling that this cannot be done, but it's worth a try.
