Hi Mike.

>I posted a couple questions recently about saving the date a record was created and the last date it was modified (thanks agaon Barbara and Erik), then stumbled across FoxAudit. Does anybody use this? Can someone explain a little how and where its implemented; and if there's a version designed for VFP6 rather than 3 or 5 (I know, I can be picky)?

We've used it in a client's application to track who made what changes to what data (basically, to see who was screwing up some budget information [g]). It's really easy to implement -- it includes a wizard that creates stored procedures for update, insert, and delete triggers in the tables you want to audit. All changes are logged to a table that includes things like the table name, key value, fields changed (field name, original value, new value), user name, datetime, etc. It's a great tool!

Doug
