Make a backup of your forms (SCX and SCT).

Then open the SCX as a table;

USE MyForm.scx

Browse it. There are two fields you need to address Class and Classloc. Class needs the name of the class you want to textbox to be based on and Classloc is the relative path and name of the class library that the class resides in.

Now, close the scx with a USE and modify form Myform. Your textboxes should now be based on the class you assigned.
