Well I was trying to do things as simple as possible since I'm very new to Visual FoxPro. For me that is using the Combobox Builder and choosing the option to enter the data by hand. I only have two options for the combobox and they will never change. If the only way to do it your method, I guess I will be forced to do it that way. I will probably have to ask more questions on exactly that is done.
