What I mean here is :-

1. Suppose you are using A4 paper for your reports, so dimensions are 210x297 (i.e. in mm, u've to change accordingly), In the first record Epxr field make following changes...

If existing info. is say this :-

Papersize=9 i.e. for A4 (i guess), change it to custom & write these things In this same field

then make it this :-

PAPERSIZE=256
PAPERLENGTH=1778
PAPERWIDTH=2159

Here I'm just writing these values, u can change as per your need/papersize

When i was saying change length, i mean the first record in frx file not all the report objects...

That way you will not change vpos of report objects but just this value...
