Buenos Dias a todos (Good Morning to all of you),

I'm trying to run a form this is giving me the following error: 'Error loading data environment - Index tag not found' and of course it strips off any additional information.

I checked by tables in the DE of the form and all my tags and relationships are set correctly. I even browsed the tables to make sure all the indexes exist.

I know I'm overlooking something but not sure what it is. Any ideas anyone?
