I read the rest of the thread and see that you solved your problem. The /N# parameter to the RUN command can be used to determine the attribute of a Windows program when you run it...

>Sorry, I should have mentioned that. I have tried it using the RUN/! command, but this, AFAIK, still won't allow parameter passing. Also, you get that unsightly split second DOS window ;->.
