Hi everybody!
I have very strange problem with one of my clients.
He sent me files NOTES.DBF and NOTES.FPT where my system create
notes. One of the fields is a MEMO field with text of note.
This file has about 13500 records and 7000 records lost their memos.
I start investigate these files in hex format and discover that
in DBF record memo field exists (i.e. it has pointer to block in FPT file) but this block in FPT file contains only hex 0s.Also i discover that lost blocks in fpt file also exit inside fpt file but i do not know how access this blocks and link to record in dbf.
But main thing which i do not know how it happened and why.
Any help will be appriciated.
