I copy the .dll file to our NT production server (NT 4.0 SP5) and register it using regsvr32.exe - (regsvr32 returns success). I am unable to create an instance of the com server object on the NT machine. I tried creating a simple script that does nothing more than create an instance of the com server and release it:

I'm having a similar problem with an out-of-process COM EXE I built on a test NT web server. When I try to instantiate the COM object interactively from the VFP Command window to test it, I get an "OLE error ... Access is denied" error. Irritating the daylights out of me, besides making me feel stupid. :-) Let me know if you find out anything more on this. I'll do the same.
