Hi George,

Thanks for the help - here's what was happening. The com server's functionality was all contained in a single class. The class was a subclass. In the project manager, the parent class library was excluded. The resulting dll worked ok on my machine - but not when copied to another machine. Once I marked the parent class library for inclusion in the project, and re-built the dll, everything was ok.
