PVCS is the only other option I'm aware of. There is also issue tracking and other software that can link into it. The UI is clumsy, but it will interface directly with VFP and allow you to do the source control from VFP. PVCS has changed hands a couple of times in the last year, so I'm not sure who actually publishes it.
