I've been trying to use a winsock control in one of my forms, but the control refuses to respond to the connect method, i.e. the state remains at 0.

Currently I'm forced to include the control on the form visually due to a bug in VFP v6, so I can't use the createobject() function that was working for me before.

Has anyone else had any similar problems?
