AFAIK, there is no property that let you hide the scrollbar. What you can do, is place a shape control with BorderStyle = 0 - Transparent over the scrollbar. If the number of items in the listbox require a scrollbar, you hide the shape, otherwise you show it, masking the scrollbar.
