One of the forms I'm developing has started giving me a Too many files open error. There are about 25 tables in the DataEnvironment. It's in 3.0 on Win95. This is all on my C: drive. I bumped up the Files in config.sys; no help. I think the form is really using up a lot of file handles; when I test the next file handle by using SET TEXTMERGE TO SYS(2015) and ?_TEXT I get a number far higher than the number of files that ought to be open. Is this a bug that 5.0 will fix for me? Or am I possibly doing something wrong on the form to cause it to open a bunch of files?
