You won't like this one either :)
IMHO MAPI OLE is a SMC. I don't know the VFP6 sample but in VFP5 I use it to email via Outlook Express, Outlook, Netscape etc.
But anyway look at WWipStuff in files section from west-wind. It's really simple :) You could ask to Rick Strahl to get a brilliant answer I think.
I used few Mabry controls (evaluation) before and got the sense they weren't global ActiveX controls but controls designed to work with VB specifically. Of course I should be wrong.
