I've played around with Send to Front and Send to Back and still couldn't get this to work. The only way I can get the BMP to appear is if I shrink it down in size. But I don't understand why it works on two of my reports at the given size yet not on any of the other 20-some reports and why it works just fine in 2.6 at this size.
