I tried to include this in a response to Arnon regarding my earlier "cookie" message, but there was no confirmation so I assume it did not go through.

First, Thanks Arnon for the added detail!

My last login to UT I responded NO to the "cookie" authorization. The result was a BIG RED ERROR from UT with a message along the lines that 'user name may not be blank'.
So it certainly looks like UT wants the cookie in order to function. This seems at odds with Michel's statement in the NewsLetter that UT no longer requires writing info on user's PC.

No cookie, No UT, so best let them cookies in.
