Answers are:
Installed on a local C: drive. I have all rights
No errors in Setup.
I rebooted after installation as directed by Setup

Any other ideas?



>The error is consistent with the runtime files not being installed. Do you have the rights to install on this system? Did the setup give any errors? Did you try rebooting aftering installing the runtime files?
